I am about to retire and I can’tr seem to locate a position at Home Depot in Edgewood, MD, so can you direct me in the riht direction.
I’m a retired Civil Service professional from Dover AFB DE. I have applied and have interviewed at many companies such as the ones listed above. The interviews were very positive, but lets face it, if you’ve never had retail experience. or don’t have the look they want, you’re out of luck. I’m 61 and still in fine shape and would very much like to work, but it aint gonna happen.
I will be 70 in May,am in good physical condition,
and have 25 years experience in retail management,
22 years in carpet cleaning/restoration,and am closing business due to the economy.I was in visual communications in the navy,so I am open to any offer that would fit.I would prefer an “in person” interview,which would be beneficial to both me and the company .
