Linny , the military usually hires people who are from that country since they not only look the part , they also know the proper customs, attitudes and mannerisms of the local people.
Imagine for a moment that you're in the military and preparing for a stint in Afghanistan. You are sent to a testing area to get a feel for the local environment.
While you are there, you see white people talking and acting like valley dolls from California. You and I both know this wouldn't prepare anyone for anything having to deal with Afghanistan.
This is the reason why they do their best to hire only U.S. citizens who are from these areas of interest. ----------------------- Spec. ------

Hi,

This wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I am in eighth grade, and I'm doing a project for BPA. The project is about interesting careers. Here's the thing: Everyone in my class is doing boring jobs that AREN'T interesting. I really would like to have my project stand out from the rest! If you would like to help me, or know about any cool careers, please post it or e-mail me! Thanks!

Hey there,im looking for atventure while working abroad and these don't seen all that could be. I didnt look at the income, just read through the most of it., it shocking to find that theres no motivation for me to go and partisipate in either one of these. Is there no more to it? Isnt there more out there for Island goers?

I was hoping for some things to do that are more off the wall. These all seem pretty tame and main stream to me. Also some idea about income potential associated with the alternative paths would be helpful.
