Job Description
Senior Java Developer
CCI is looking for a high-level technical expert in designing J2EE applications to ensure they are robust, extensible, and easy to maintain. Must apply commonly used design patterns effectively. Responsible to identify and address application architectural issues. Educate developers on the capabilities of the architecture and it's appropriate use.
Guide development team through design and construction process. Create and continually update documents and communicates to all level of management, including development team to ensure project is on target.

Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Must have at least 5+ years of Java/J2EE experience
- Demonstrate a great understanding of web-based Java applications and other various application integrations and solutions
- Demonstrate strong technical ability to design, develop, and implement web-base Java applications to support business needs
- Demonstrate strong technical ability to prepare detailed specifications, document, test, research, and follow life cycle methodologies Above average verbal communication skills
- Must have at least 5 yrs proven experience with Spring and Hibernate
- Ajax is a plus
- EXTJS is a plus
