Are you what we are looking for?
Our Inside Sales Rep should be a� well organized, computer savvy, seasoned sales pro with a technical�edge.�We exhibit at a few trade shows during the year so� some travel� might be required.� Knowledge�of digital tee shirt transfers, sublimation printing,�vinyl cutters, sign� supply,�wide format printing, ad specialty products, promos, screen printing, embroidery or graphics design�is a big�benefit and will�earn you extra consideration.� We will provide complete product training.

In addition, you also will be involved in:
• Following up qualified�leads generated from our� many sources as well as handling the many inbound sales�calls from our busy website.
• Researching and prospecting for new markets and sales opportunities.

• Providing technical support and customer service to our customers�when necessary.�
• Building and managing an effective sales pipeline.

• Demonstrating and explaining the operation of our digital decorating equipment and�peripherals.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a reliable team player possessing a technical aptitude, excellent communication &�speaking skills, a strong follow-up & closing�ability and a “can-do” attitude.

A BA/BS degree or�equivalent experience is a pre-requisite for this position. You should have 3 to 5 years of sales�experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook &�CRM software (Goldmine or ACT)�is a must!!

A working knowledge of Photo Shop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and other relevant graphics based software programs will move you to the head of the line.
