Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Prospect, market, develop, and sell staffing consulting and services programs, and traditional staffing business within a defined territory. Introduce the Managed Services concept and develop high-level consultative relationships. Maintain relationships and develop opportunities to increase and expand TAC's scope of services.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in conjunction with the Group Director/VP/AVP, Director of Managed Services and TAC Business Unit Managers to develop business opportunities.
- Secure and conduct client visits/meetings, qualify prospects, generate business solutions, increase brand awareness, and communicate product differentiation to ensure the Managers Services sales cycle is completed from implementation to account maintenance.
- Coordinate market, industry and company research efforts including the Development team, Business Analysts and Marketing Specialists.
- Research and develop prospects from new and existing TAC accounts according to defined prospect criteria, and maintain a prospect database, utilizing TAC Corporate intelligence.
- Coordinate prospecting, sales activity, and involvement with TAC Business Unit Managers, Business Analysts, and Managers of Strategic Alliances.
- Work with Director to develop pricing strategy and negotiate pricing.
- Participate in the implementation process as determined by the Implementation Manager.
- Work closely with the Manager of Strategic Alliances to ensure the client's needs and objectives are met, and TAC's business objectives are achieved.
- Participate in the development of new marketing materials, presentation formats and content.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of sales experience and demonstrated success.
Staffing Industry or technical sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, organization, and presentation skills required.
Demonstrated effectiveness at developing and sustaining high level, consultative relationships.
Proficient with Windows 98, Office 97, and the Internet as a business tool. Familiarity with Visio Professional preferred.
