Job Description
Responsible for supporting/servicing mid-sized employee benefit accounts both new and existing. Will require on-site client visits, conducting employee educational/enrollment meetings and analyzing client benefit programs in order to recommend plan design options, along with introducing new products into overall plan design. Assist client in the development of wellness programs.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of employee benefit products (medical, dental, life, AD&D, LTD) a plus. 2-5 years experience in relationship building to HR professionals and/or C-level executives. 4 year college degree or related business experience.
