Job Responsibilities (Primarary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following)
People Management
Manage Account management team members ( Sr. Account Coordinators, Account Coordinators) Manage staffing activities (recruiting and new hire orientation/training) Coaches to ensure Siebel compliance Assist in new hire onboarding and training Provides escalation support for account coordinators and senior account coordinators for issues and issue management Provides coaching and leadership development for coordinators Identify/Create and Facilitate new training opportunities Coaches direct reports in areas identified for development Supports and provides an environment for individuals to share strengths and best practices May participate as trainer/mentor in Account Management Works collaboratively with AMS team for global issue resolution and training Account Management: Adheres to Account Management service standards oManages Siebel log for assigned clients, ensuring consistency in entries and turnaround times are within performance metrics oMonitors all Siebel reports and provides to management on a frequent basis oManages efforts to reduce issues per 100K lives oManages turnaround times for issue resolution for assigned clients oProvides analysis around issues and trends in business segment and reports to management Assists team to address all issues timely and accurately oEscalation to Director as needed oBack up to account manager oLeverage functional area support and internal/external resources to support timely issue resolution Effectively manage client relationships oEstablishes and maintains strong client relationships with United personnel oAttends client and/or customer visits with Director as necessary oManages client calls; including agenda, meeting notes, and action plans, as applicable oActs as a resource for United and client personnel by educating on existing procedures and system capabilities oOversees team’s work flow, assists with distribution of issues, as applicable

Job Requirements
**Position can sit in Franklin Lakes, NJ or Eden Prairie, MN** Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of account management, client servicing or project management experience An insurance, healthcare, client servicing, or project management background is necessary. Solid background and knowledge of Medco or UHG systems and operations. College graduate preferred. Ability to travel. Strong organizational skills to manage critical dates and deadlines. Strong client management and relationship management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Detail oriented and motivated team player. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, stressful environment Functional PC knowledge Ability to travel.
