Newark
is looking for a highly motivated Account Specialist (Inside Sales Rep). The Account Specialist builds customer satisfaction and loyalty by taking orders, answering pre-sales questions, and with product and service knowledge, assist with item selection.  The Account Specialist will efficiently and accurately capture customer orders and expedites. Up selling and cross selling is required.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Satisfaction/loyalty
  • Data maintenance and capture
  • Sales and profit growth
  • Internal and external communications
  • Call quality, efficiency and accuracy
  • Recognizing account opportunities


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Good communication skills

  • Good PC skills

  • Previous call center and sales training experience

  • Must understand and use resources available to them

  • Ability to multi-task
