Pacific
Coast Fruit Company is looking for a full-time Accounting/Front Desk Clerk for
its main office in NE Portland.
This position includes assisting current accounting
personnel with AR posting, PO receiving, and
AP posting, as well as basic office and clerical support, including reception
duties.
Duties will include filing,
accounting assistance, phones, customer service, and other clerical tasks as
needed.

Job Requirements
The qualified candidate will be able to multi-task, able to meet deadlines, will be detail oriented, a team player, and able to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years experience in office/clerical administration
· 2+ years experience with multi-line telephone
· 1+ years experience in accounting
· Basic computer knowledge
· Professional telephone manner
· Excellent verbal and written skills
Pass drug screen and background check
PREFERRED:
· Bi-lingual English/Spanish (spoken & written)
· Proficient with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel
· Experience with AccPac or other accounting software
· Specific experience in AR and AP
