Activity/Recreation Assistant (PT position)
STNA's (FT/PT positions - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts)

We currently are recruiting for a part time, Activity/Recreation Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a long term care facility, home health agency and/or a private nursing. This position offers a flexible schedule which includes every other weekend/holiday rotation.

We are also accepting applications for experienced RN's (12 hour shifts), Dietary Aides & Cooks (4 hour/7.5 hour shifts) and STNA's for Days, Afternoons & Nights (7.5 hour shifts).

Job Requirements
The ideal candidates for most of our positions will need the following experience to be further considered:
- A strong desire to work in a long term care skilled nursing facility
- Previous experience in a nursing environment (volunteering also qualifies as experience)
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Strong desire to work with dementia and Alzheimer's residents
- Creative thinking in unpredictable situations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with coworkers, nurses, physicians and residents
- A strong level of outstanding work performance history
- A stellar attendance history from previous employers
- Three professional references
