Job Description

administer day-to-day administrative activities for a major branch of Cacique, USA.  Provide assistance on a comprehensive range of human resources issues, and acts as the unit’s primary point of liaison for the Dallas DSD


Major Duties:

  1. Provide normal Administrative Assistant support for DSD center and Manager
  2. Fill out and send out Human Resources forms (Absence Reports, Payroll Status Change, Warnings, Company Property, and Exit Interview Forms) plan, prepare for company events, etc…
  3. Organize and review all route sales invoices, enter promotional items into Company deal system in timely basis
  4. Prepare and send out check request forms for: office supplies, demo petty cash, utilities, etc…
  5. Run bank deposits for any sales
  6. Support Sales Staff by (providing customers information, customers status, orders.. etc)
  7. Create expense reports and weekly report status
  8. Maintain petty cash flow
  9. Sort and scan invoices
  10. Prepare payroll and send out payroll reports, send out mail
  11. Fax, file and/or make copies of  pertinent and/or confidential documentation
  12. Hand out applications to potential candidates
  13. Handout documents and answer questions to employees
  14. Receive and distribute incoming mail
  15. Handle new hire employee package and exit interviews

  6. Knowledge of recruitment/employment information documentation and standards
  7. knowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and documentation, as applicable to a public company,

Requirements:

  2. Computer literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
  3. Ability to multitask
  4. Discretion and Business Ethics

  7. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
