Part-time role of receptionist/administrative accounting clerk. Hours of 8 a.m. � 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls Coordinate deliveries with business vendors Processing of accounts payable and check requisitions for firm Processing of incoming mail for distribution to staff Coordinate scheduling and maintenance of conference rooms Greet/welcome visiting agents and vendors Assist with training department projects on as-needed basis (assembly of training books) Assist with various operations and finance projects on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Outstanding verbal communication skills, experience on Word and Excel are required.
Outgoing attitude with the ability to engage, communicate and relate to a variety of personalities.
One to two years of administrative work experience preferred.
High school diploma required.
