We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our San Diego, CA office.

Position Description:
This position is primarily responsible for administrative support to selected Partners and Directors in the San Diego office, as well as general administrative support. Global administrative team duties assumed as needed, including but not limited to; covering of front desk, projects from any source requiring full team participation, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Providing general administrative support including scheduling appointments and maintaining executives' calendar and contacts using Microsoft Outlook.
o Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and local trainings.
o Preparing time and expense reports.
o Coordinating travel, organizing files, verifying billings, proofreading and formatting documents, answering telephones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and performing other duties as assigned.
o Processing documents, preparing correspondence, and generating reports.
o Creating PowerPoint presentations from various sources as directed.
o Assisting administrative team with duties as needed, including but not limited to; covering front desk, special projects, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
� Minimum of 5 years experience as an administrative assistant.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
� Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
� Experience processing, proofreading, and formatting documents.
� Advanced typing skills.

Preferred Skills:
� Knowledgeable of general business functions and terms.
� Able to work in a rapidly changing, high-activity environment that is often unpredictable.
� Able to work independently; enjoys team environments but is capable of working alone for significant periods of time as well.
� Able to initiate communication with prospects, clients, vendors and internal RSM staff without needing introduction or support.
� Is productive without losing quality; able to multi-task items simultaneously.
� Is able to work 40 plus hours per week, and able to extend time commitments during periods of meeting critical deadlines.
