POSITION OVERVIEW
The UMKC Dental School invites applications for the Administrative Manager, Somers Clinic. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist the Director of the Dr. S. Orlando and Harriet Somers Clinic by managing the administrative, financial, and customer service aspects of the Clinic. Develop and maintain working relationships with the Director, faculty doctors, and other staff to build and maintain a positive and efficient clinic environment.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related area, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary, as well as three years of experience in clinic administration in a healthcare facility or medium/large dental clinic, including two years experience in a supervisory capacity.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
UMKC offers a competitive salary, $48,797 - $60,986, affordable medical and dental plans (no waiting periods), 403(b) savings plan, tuition assistance (75% of educational fees paid), and University paid long-term disability and life insurance benefits.
