Job Description
• Seeking an experienced, multi-talented Site Support Engineer for its Information Technology operations.
• The position will support systems and equipment control software and hardware for shore side systems.
• Duties will include providing user support and training, application testing and problem resolution, hardware and software configuration and wireless network administration.
• Work schedule will require weekend and shift work.
Hours:M/W/F: 5:45am-2:45pm, Thurs: 5:45am-11:45am. Tu/Sa/Su: Off
Job Requirements
• 2-3 Years experience in the following:
o Desktop Windows XP or Vista, desktop support / configuration / troubleshooting
o Windows Server 2003 or 2008
o CISCO Wireless Access Points and client configurations
o Microsoft Exchange 2003…
o MS Outlook 2003 or 2007
o Microsoft Office Applications Word / Excel / Powerpoint
o TWIC card
