ADMISSIONS/MARKETING DIRECTOR
Royal Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Royal Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, an Atrium Centers facility, is seeking an energetic, highly motivated professional to direct sales and marketing for our 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operating in the Middleburg Heights area of Ohio.
This is a full-time position dealing directly with residents and resident family members in our long-term care facility. This position is responsible for admissions and marketing the facility both in-house and in the community. This is a highly visible position responsible for census development with direct community impact.
Key responsibilities include marketing directly to healthcare and other professionals, networking with local civic and community organizations, analyzing and responding to market trends, developing and implementing marketing plans, building family and community relationships, acting as a leader for model customer service.
Qualifications include background in sales and marketing with at least 2 years of experience in senior housing/health care, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player and resident advocate. Long-term care experience and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid qualifications are definite pluses for this position.
