An Admissions Advisor works with prospective students to determine who would be a good candidate for acceptance. Advisors are evaluated based on a monthly enrollment objective. This is a competitive work environment where compensation consists of salary, commission and bonus.
Typical activities for an Admissions Advisor include:
Advisors follow up on leads from prospective students regarding enrollment into our programs To demonstrate adequate knowledge of programs offered and take responsibility for keeping current with program changes and new programs offered. To make certain prospective students have realistic expectations regarding their courses by adhering strictly to established standards for Admissions. To attend and participate in all Admissions meetings and training for which your attendance is requested. To convey accurate, independently verifiable information in the proper context to enable applicants to make well-informed enrollment decisions Follow all Standard Operating Procedures To perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Admissions, Director of Admissions, or the Management Team in charge of Admissions.
