The Sanford-Brown name dates back to 1866 when Rufus C. Crampton, a professor at Illinois College, established a school to meet the growing educational demands of post-Civil War America. Today, there are 9 campuses bearing the name Sanford-Brown College (SBC) and there are 16 other affiliated campuses operating under the names of Sanford-Brown Institute and Missouri College. - Interface with prospective students and people influencing the decision to attend/select school, communicating the philosophy and features of the school. Meet the school’s enrollment objectives in an accurate, professional, and ethical manner.
- Conducts interviews and tours and evaluates each prospective student based on his/her needs, desires, interests, qualifications, motivations, and commitments, and in accordance with all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements.
- Presents information in a factual and ethical manner to prospective students and others regarding school’s programs and tuition and fee schedules, refund policy, payment plans and other college policies and procedures which affect students.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork and data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
- Refer students as appropriate to financial aid and VA.
- Verify criteria for admission to the school.
- Assist prospective students in completing the admissions process in the most efficient and supportive manner.
- Assist students with finalization of enrollment process and starting date with the school.
- Occasionally represent school at various open houses or weekend events.·
- Conducts tours of school for prospective students
- Develops an ongoing relationship with the prospective student from enrollment through graduation.
- Performs other duties that Director of Admissions deems necessary and appropriate.

Experience Required
BS/BA Preferred
Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience in a CEC Admissions environment or 1-2 years Admissions/Sales experience
Knowledge of all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal, state regulations and all accrediting agencies standards and requirements relating to admissions.
