Captive Media Network, LLC offers a wide variety of advertising and marketing opportunities - customizable to each brand's particular needs and objectives. Additionally, clients can secure our entire network or segment our national club database: by market/DMA (even zip code), by gender (women’s-only clubs), by income (platinum-member clubs), by lifestage (childcare-providing clubs, Low impact aerobics clubs) or by ethnicity, sexual orientation etc. (via US Census zip code data).
Advertising Operations Manager
As the detail oriented Advertising Operations Manager, you will manage advertiser scheduling, coordinate the installation of advertisements, manage database input, oversee proof-of-performance production and assist in maintaining relationships with the health clubs. You will manage fulfillment projects by coordinating with the vendors and health clubs, work as back-up to Production Manager in getting production quotes and assist with ad space inventory management. Additionally, you will manage research schedule, order materials needed for panel installations and manage new ad space installation.

Previous management experience

Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge

Prior experience in the advertising industry preferred

Prior experience in purchasing and inventory management preferred

Must be a self-motivator, hard working and willing to work with or without assistance

Small business/startup experience is helpful
