Job Requirements

 

An AFLAC Insurance Professional Must:

 

  • Be coachable
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with CEOs, business owners and employees in a group setting as well as one-on-one
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Be results oriented
  • Have a desire to help others
  • Be willing to comply will all Rules, Regulations, and Laws of Insurance set forth by the state of Alabama.
  • Must be 18 Years of Age or Older and Resident of the State of Alabama
