Job Description
Watermark is looking for a business analyst to work with its operations and strategic planning team. The position will work closely with senior directors of the company and help analyze the performance of the retirement communities that Watermark manages. Duties of this position will include performing detailed operational analyses and financial modeling, assisting with the preparation of annual operating budgets, and analyzing profitability of potential new offerings. The analyst will also be involved in reviewing product pricing and assisting with market research.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
· Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, and its use in financial modeling
· Experience with data analysis
· Excellent communication skills
· High flexibility – able to work in a changing environment
Other:
· Some travel – perhaps 20%
· Some experience in the real estate/health care/hospitality industry would be helpful, but is not required
