Location: San Antonio, TX
The San Antonio Delivery Center is part of the Accenture's US Delivery Center organization, which is comprised of six delivery centers that create client value through innovative technology solutions primarily focused in Application Outsourcing, ERP solutions, Information Management Services, and Net Centric solutions.

The HCTC Batch Operator will be responsible for is responsible for several tasks and functions; which include but are not limited to providing batch scheduling support to all production and development environments. Appropriate proactive and reactive action is determined and implemented to maximize batch efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities may include:
• Resolves Batch issues identified during the production jobs
• Provides regular feedback on batch performance
• Provides technical support for batch operations
• Participates in various tests (prototype, unit, production, and pilot tests)
• Documents all changes and work flows
• Creates, modifies, and schedules batch jobs
• Assists with creation and maintenance of batch operations processes.
• As needed assist with Help Desk tasks
• Comply and enforce strict adherence to all Change Management and Configuration Management processes and procedures. Creation and maintenance of operations process and procedural documentation.
• Bring new ideas to increase efficiency in the overall support of the environment
• Perform periodic security audits
• Maintain HCTC system compliance with IRS and HCTC security policies and procedures
• Investigate and report computer security incidents
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 years of experience with BMC Control-M or comparable tool
• 2 years experience with SAP or Siebel
Preferred Qualifications
• Good general analytical skills
• Good general troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient Oral/Written Communication skills
• Works well with others
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Siebel and/or SAP batch scheduling
• Prefer undergraduate degree in IT/Business
These roles require US Citizenship due to Client Clearance requirements.
