The San Antonio Delivery Center is part of the Accenture's US Delivery Center organization, which is comprised of six delivery centers that create client value through innovative technology solutions primarily focused in Application Outsourcing, ERP solutions, Information Management Services, and Net Centric solutions.

The Oracle Apps Management/Support Specialist will support all activities required to solve break/fix issues and implement enhancements. This role involves creating designs, reviewing testing, and approving migrations to the production and supporting environments.
• Candidates will be expected to install and configure the Oracle Apps on the Application Server. Perform evaluation of patching, custom issues, and performance tuning the system
• Responsibilities include creating/supporting reviewing Oracle posted patches/fixes, and closely with team to resolve issues for Oracle EBS, SOA, OBIEE, OID, ODI, and Portal.
• Exposure to core EBS Financials system functionality for specific module(s) and core EBS technical tools (e.g., SQL, Linux, running traces, etc.) to resolve tickets and implement Service Requests.
• Ensure resolution of application issues. Translate Service Requests, tickets, and business requirements into EBS and interface configuration/software requirements.
• Provide application 12x5 On Call support (on a rotating basis), including ensuring successful completion of all nightly batch jobs, being the primary contact for off hours calls from the Level 1 Help Desk, and initiating the escalation process as needed
• Establish professional relationships and communicate effectively with both client personnel and Accenture team members, raising issues and giving suggestions to resolve functional and technical issues

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+years of Oracle Application (EBS Financials) experience
• 3+ years of Oracle Application implementation/support experience
• 1+ EBS Financials functional knowledge or training in Oracle EBS (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Asset Management, or Purchasing)
• 4 Year Degree in Computer Science/Information Mgmt or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
• EBS technical knowledge/configuration skills
• EBS technical architecture knowledge
• Technical experience with SOA/OBIEE/Portal/OID/ODI/Portal
• Teamwork/collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
These roles require US Citizenship due to Client Clearance requirements.
