Job Requirements
Leasing of apartments and creating a vital first impression of Greystar.
ˇ Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
ˇ Completes all leasing paperwork.
ˇ Compiles and processes applications for approval.
ˇ Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new leasee.
ˇ Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
ˇ Assists with resident relations.
ˇ Keys in all fees, deposits, and new lease information.
ˇ Shows apartments to prospective leases.
ˇ Accepts and completes Notice to Vacate forms.
ˇ Accepts rental payments.
ˇ Performs additional duties as requested.
EDUCATION:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be an outgoing people person. Must be able to sell and should exhibit positive attitude and cheerful demeanor. Should have general knowledge of personal computers.
