Bell Partners, Inc. is seeking a full-time Apartment Renovation Coordinator to assist in remodeling an apartment community in Arlington, Texas.

Purpose of the Job:
This position is responsible for managing the interior renovation process for individual multi-family apartment units, including ordering & stocking materials, managing multiple contractors, and processing invoices.
Job Requirements
Education and Background requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years previous coordinator/maintenance experience preferably in a multi-family housing environment
- Personnel Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Written & oral communication skills required
- Available to work days and evenings, weekdays, and weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to frequently crouch, bend, kneel, stand, reach
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must frequently walk and stand
- Must be able to walk 20% of time
