Your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and developing employees
• Maintaining our high quality and service standards and suggesting and implementing system improvements
• Meeting financial objectives through forecasting and sound fiscal management, cost and portion control and waste minimization
• Planning and adjusting menus in collaboration with chefs
• Publicizing restaurant operations
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy environment

 Qualifications for this position include:

-         2-plus years’ restaurant management experience

-         The ability to lead, motivate and supervise others

-         Budget management proficiency

We offer a highly competitive salary and generous benefits package that includes:

-         Point-of-service healthcare plan with prescription and dental coverage

-         401(k) plan

-         $100 monthly travel allowance (after 1 year of employment)

-         Paid vacation

-         5-day workweek
