Position Purpose
As a company representative, the Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting leads and verifying information. The Appointment Setter initiates calls, inputs data into a tracking system, verifies the prospect meets criteria by asking scripted questions, and schedules the first appointment with the Sales Representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to departmental and Company goals as communicated by the Appointment Setter Manager.
- Schedule appointments with appropriate Investment Associate, Insurance Agent, or Debt Consultant.
- Assist to develop new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
