Our Associates work in our corporate partners’ retail locations selling and servicing the latest and greatest wireless and electronics gadgets.

Currently our company is in over 800 locations worldwide and continues to advance as rapidly as technology.



Retail Area Directors, Wireless will:

  • Manage multi-state technical service departments within multiple retail locations of a major wireless carrier.
  • Focus on deliverables from frontline, customer facing Associates for both customer service and up-selling targets.
  • Drive team compliance with all internal company policies and external client procedures.
  • Own the budget and P&L for respective area.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to add values to our Client's business.
  • Partner with cross-functional Company teams to ensure goals and objectives meet business needs.
  • Generate reports and facilitate presentations for both internal leadership and external account management.

 

Compensation Package to include:

  • Pay rate will commensurate with experience; eligible to receive quarterly bonus.

Job Requirements

  • Six or more years of management experience in a multi-state retail environment in the wireless industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of client-vendor relationship management.
  • Ability to lead organization in providing premier-level customer service.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical, financial and legal reports.
  • Proven leadership driving success in achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with all levels within the company.
  • Provide timely resolutions in response to client inquiries, complaints and requests.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and customers.
  • Demonstrate well-honed skills in teaching, leading and mentoring while supporting strategic direction for the area.
  • Ability to pass a complete background verification including but not limited to: Education, Employment, Credit, Criminal and Drug Screen. Qualified applicants cannot have an unresolved outstanding wireless bill.
