First American Home Buyers Protection is currently seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager for the North Austin area.
It is preferable for the candidate to live in the given territory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Calling on all Real Estate Offices
Selling and promoting our home warranty products and services
Maintaining current business and developing new business
Increasing market share and achieving sales goals
Making office presentations and providing risk management training
Building rapport with Agents and related affiliate service professionals
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of some college education. A formal degree is preferred.
1-3 years outside sales experience
A proven track record of success with strong closing skills
Self motivated, creative and has the ability to work independently
A competitive spirit, great attitude and the confidence to ask for the business
Excellent work ethic and integrity
