We are in search of an Area Supervisor to improve the level of training for employees in all USM, Transfield Services Group assigned locations. This will help to increase the quality of cleanliness in each location. The Area Supervisor will make immediate recommendations to their supervisors should they see any deterioration of cleanliness or sub standard performance of the direct employee staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
-Monitor assigned locations and insure quality control expectations are met.
-Monitor chemical and supply usage in assigned locations
-Insure that all schedules are in accordance with USM, Transfield Services Group contractual obligation
-Insure that all employees are properly trained and are aware of the required duties they are expected to perform in their locations.
-Review all employees performance with Area and Regional manager staff.
-Complete all quality control programs in accordance with USM’s quality control guidelines, and report findings to their supervisor.
-Report any sub standard issues or loss prevention issues to their supervisor
-Complete and mail in all work orders to USM, Transfield Services Group corporate office in accordance to payroll cycles
-Make recommendations to Human resources for Metro employees of the month program.
-Help Metro recruiter seek new employees to insure all buildings are properly staffed.
-Make yourself available for any urgent issues or requests that may arise.

MUST HAVE STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN HARDWOOD FLOORING AND CARPET.
~Must be able to communicate managers' needs to corporate office.
~Travel to surrounding areas with own transportation.

~Proficient in word/excel.
~Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
