Career Centers of Texas â€" Fort Worth Campus seeks an Assistant Director of Education who will contribute to the fulfillment of educational goals through direct educational planning, staff leadership, and educational programs guidance. Your direct reports will be the Program Coordinators, Registrar, Director of Student Services, and Instructors.
What you will do:
Assist in program development, curricula development, and training, and budget responsibilities. Maintain positive student retention and ensure a quality educational experience for our students. Become an integral contributor with respect to long range campus planning and develop metrics for evaluation of outcomes. Participate in instructor training, observation, and evaluation. Ensure compliance with state Department of Education, accreditation. regulations and policies.
Job Requirements
Primary Requirements:
Two or more years of management or supervisory experience as an Assistant/Associate Director of Education for an accredited Proprietary Education School.
OR
Two consecutive years experience as a Program Chair within an accredited Proprietary Education School in the fields of Allied Health, Criminal Justice or Information Technology
Secondary Requirements: The highest levels of integrity at all times Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment An ongoing customer focus
Master’s degree in a field of education and teaching experience or in progress a BIG PLUS
