The Chart House restaurant located at San Antonio landmark, Tower of the Americas has an exciting career opportunity available for an experienced Assistant General Manager.
Assistant General Manager Duties: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and management staff, having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must have a hands on/lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.

Job Requirements
Must show proven tenure in the industry with at least 2+ years of successfully managing at the Senior or General Manger level in medium to high volume full service restaurants. Stable tenure with previous employers a must.
