As an Assistant Manager or Customer Account Rep for Rent-A-Center your responsibilities would include all aspects of;
- Our sales process
- Assisting customers on the sales floor
- Completing the rental order
- Providing friendly customer service as you manage past due accounts
- Promoting timely payments from customers
- Assisting in the delivery and installation of merchandise
- Assisting in the design and quality of the showroom floor
Job Requirements
Do you have these Qualifications?
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Heavy lifting required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Minimum one year retail experience preferred
- Furniture sales, delivery and/or installation is helpful
