Senior Assistant Manager - Restaurant
Gather 'round the good stuff, because the right move starts with a career at Pizza Hut! We are now hiring Senior Assistant Managers who want to play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assisting in management of day-to-day operations by managing labor, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllable on a continual basis, and taking corrective action to meet or achieve daily or weekly margin and sales growth targets
- Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-day basis
- Supervises others efficiently and coordinating their work
- Principle trainer for new crew members, and conducts formal crew performance appraisals
- Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Assists Restaurant Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains

Job Requirements
The ideal candidates for the Senior Assistant Manager position will meet the following requirements:
19 years of age
Minimum 2 years experience with Pizza Hut in a mid to high volume Restaurant Base Delivery or with another Pizza Company preferred.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Ability to motivate and build teams
Ability to manage with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Results/Service orientation
Ability to solve day to day problems
