Job Description
Residing in El Paso, Texas, this position oversees all activities occurring within their Service Centers; including cash operations, new accounts, lending, facility maintenance, personnel management and development, active participation in community and/or professional organizations and other duties as assigned by VP of Member Service.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area, or comparable experience.
- Eight years experience in a financial institution with at least 5 years of Managerial experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Federal, State, and NCUA regulations applicable to the service center environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cash operations security and management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including public speaking and interviewing experience.
