Job Description
One word - SALES
Associate agent will sale insurance products (auto, home and business) to both new and current clients. Sales will be made over the phone, across the desk and out of the office in the field. Associate agent will have leads provided, access to some of the best insurance products in the market, and a sales support team. In addition, the agency will provide an office, phone, computers, marketing material and more. All the associate needs to do is sale!
Initial compensation will be based on the associate's prior work experience and is negotiable for the right candidate. The associate will get a share of both new and renewal commissions and bonuses if production goals are achieved. The goal is for the associate to be full commission by month 18. There is large earning potential and the ability to set your on calendar.
Prior insurance experience is not required (we can teach that part). However, we are looking for a candidate that has had prior success in sales and a solid understanding of what it takes to make money in sales. Candidate must understand that although earning potential is high it will not happen overnight and will never happen if consistent and determined work is not applied each and every day.

Job Requirements
Here are some characteristics that we are looking for:
- P & C Licensed. Life and Health not required but would be a plus as it would allow the associate more products to sell.
- Optimistic, friendly and service focused. Our office is a happy place. Grumpy people need not apply.
