Troy University is accepting applications for the position of Associate Director of Academic Affairs located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position is responsible for academic planning and administration and institutional effectiveness within Troy University’s Western Region and for coordinating academic requirements with University Deans, regional faculty, and staff. Candidates for this position should have the following: a doctoral degree in a business related field from an institution with regional and ACBSP or AACSB accreditation; teaching experience at the college/university level, including the use of distance learning technology. There are teaching responsibilities associated with this position; therefore, the candidate will be expected to support a reduced course load each term. Job Requirements
· Responsible for the academic planning and administration and institutional effectiveness within Troy University’s Western Region;
· Terminal degree from an accredited university;
· A doctoral degree in a business related field from institution with regional and ACBSP or AACSB, highly desirable;
· Teaching responsibilities associated with this position;
· Must be organized as you will be charged with coordinating the academic requirements with University Deans, regional faculty and staff;
· Salary base is $63,000 to $68,000 but salary will be augmented with additional teaching;
· Must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, Co;
