Job Description
*ATTENTION IT MANAGERS*
- Responsible for the management of various Information Technology systems for 85 remote restaurant locations and corporate office, including retail POS.
- Ensure network, database, system, servers, and other IT related functions are operable and managed in a cost effective manner.
- Plan and organize system maintenance on a routine basis.
- Responsible for tracking and safekeeping IT assets and data backups
- General familiarity with Windows 2000/XP, Windows Server 2003, SQL, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, sub netting, routing.
- General understanding of routers and switches.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and replacement of parts involving routine hardware repairs to desktops, servers, and related peripherals.
- Demonstrated administrative skills with regard to internal controls, purchasing, and department budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to find resourceful and innovative solutions.
- Ability to contribute to the planning, development, and installation of new technology projects.

- Strong communication skills, bi-lingual a plus
- Past supervisory experience necessary
- Hospitality industry, particularly restaurant experience of any kind
- Help desk experience a plus
- Some travel is required
