Work on customer engagements to deliver on time solutions to meet customer requirements based upon the ability to perform the following:

Discovery and compilation into Statement of Work

Design and specification of solutions
-
Develop and manage project expectations
-
Delivery, implementation and tuning of solution
-
Design, documentation and delivery of customer on-boarding solutions
-
Support the planning, development, and implementation of systems updates, modifications, and additions for existing client base
-
Installation, set-up, monitoring and tuning of client computers and network infrastructure
-
Recommend acquisitions and modifications as they relate to client applications needs
-
Must document visually and verbally all system changes and process changes
-
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, products, and services
-
May serve as project coordinator for medium/large IT infrastructure and maintenance projects
-
Act as a technical advisory in project planning / IT Meetings
-
Work on internal projects for client company
-
Serve as second-level of support to staff including:
-
Handle moderate to complex problem resolution
-
Train other staff on latest technology
-
May instruct, direct, and check the work of less experienced staff
-
Provide on-call support for Paragrid’s Help Desk as required
-
Perform other related duties as assigned
Hours:
8am-6pm Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends as needed
Travel:
As needed for customer engagements

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
