Courtesy Automotive Tampa is seeking excellent candidates for the position of NEW, INTERNET AND PREVIOUSLY OWNED CAR SALES CONSULTANTS. If you do not have experience we will train you. Please apply online to be considered for this position.

First year income potential is $30,000 - $75,000 with the opportunity to make well into six figures in just a few years. More than that, you will have the opportunity for significant personal growth leading to a career in Sales Management. The vast majority of all Sales Managers at Courtesy started as Sales Consultants in our company.
We will train every step of the way in all aspects of the automobile industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.).
- Work with Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.

Job Requirements
You must possess:
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: Any Industry
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- General business knowledge, experience and/or training is preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain FL DL.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Additionally, you must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and self-motivation.
