Job Summary:
The Service Booker will be responsible for obtaining service sales quota, ensuring repairs are complete, closing repair orders, and for carrying out additional assignments as set forth by the Service Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
o Close repair orders when repairs are complete
o Resolve and process all claims corrections and charge-backs daily
o Maintain technician payroll throughout the week and submit in accordance with payroll processes
o Assist service consultants with closing of open warranty repair orders
o Assist service consultants and technicians with warranty or TLC questions
o Assist management with special projects, audits, reports, ect., as requested
o Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers
o Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

o Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
o Knowledge of automotive parts
o Two years of experience in an office position
o Ability to use a computer
