Automotive Service Consultant
THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE/SALES REPAIR POSITION AND REQUIRES AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Description:
AAA Carolinas is currently seeking qualified, motivated and experienced individuals to serve as an Automotive Service Consultant. The candidate should be customer service driven, willing to greet customers, answer telephones, set up appointments and communicate with technicians and customers regarding vehicle maintenance. Obtaining parts and maintaining the upkeep of the store along with other daily responsibilities will be included in candidate's duties.
Candidate must deliver superior customer service at all times that is consistent with AAA Carolinas commitment to provide members and customers with value, safety and total peace of mind in all things Automotive, Travel and Insurance.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven sales ability
Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems and technical resources
Exceptional customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Advanced typing skills
Solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
Car Care applicants must pass drug screen, criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report
