AV Support Specialist
Audio/Video Conferencing, Tandberg Video Conferencing, Crestron/ClearOne/Spyder Hardware and Software, SCALA, Flash, HTML

Work in New York City as an AV Support Specialist for the publisher of the world's most vital business, financial news and information firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The AV Support Specialist:

• Oversees the proactive maintenance, support and configuration of:


• AV display devices.
  
• Related AV hardware equipment.
  
• Infrastructure and AV software applications.




• Possesses knowledge of hardware video sources, as well as distribution equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Is proficient with PowerPoint (and related) presentation setup and support.
  
• Supports desktop computer (Mac and PC) equipment.
  
• Provides:


• Crestron/ClearOne hardware and software support.
  
• Audio and Video Conferencing support (i.e. setup and troubleshooting).

Job Requirements

Required Skills for this AV Support Specialist position include the following:

• Expertise within AV display technologies (HDTVs, Projectors, LED Wall)
  
• Audio and Video Conferencing support (i.e. setup and troubleshooting) experience
  
• Skill and experience with Crestron and ClearOne hardware and software support
  
• Knowledge of hardware video source and distribution equipment, as well as troubleshooting techniques
  
• PowerPoint (and related) presentation setup and support proficiencies
  
• The following Desktop Support Skills (Mac and PC):


• SCALA Software Configuration and Support
  
• Spyder Hardware and Software solutions
  
• Flash Programming
  
• Knowledge of Tandberg Video Conferencing hardware and software
  
• 3+ years of HTML Developer skills
