Job Description
AVP-Accountant-Perform financial analysis and performance completeness and accuracy tests. Assist with entity mapping project which entails the audit of financial templates detailing the legal entities rolling up into firm's consolidated holding companies, including ownership data and consolidation methods. Assist with the audit and/or preparation and consolidation of select government filings/reports. Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting with CPA and/or MBA required. Minimum of 10 years experience analyzing financial statements and/or audit experience. Must have Life Insurance Industry experience. Strong analytical skills and good work paper techniques necessary. Proficiency in Excel and MS Word. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills. Detail-oriented ability to multi-task and work independently.
