Job Description
The Area Vice President of Sales develops/implements approved business plans, organization structures and related budgets to increase regional sales/profitability. Assists in the design of marketing materials, approves/conducts sales presentations and develops programs to increase customer satisfaction/retention. Oversees regional sales force as well as all aspects of sales management including, but not limited to, sales training, motivation, direction, targeting as well as works with Finance and Human Resources management to design/implement incentive and awards programs. Participates in contract negotiations. This position may reside in Northern California - i.e. San Francisco or Portland, OR Seattle, WA
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related field and 8+ years sales and account experience including managerial experience.
