Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Representative for our client company in South King County.
The candidate would be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to physicians and their patients. Candidate is responsible for maintaining company database. Reviews and maintains orders, invoices and records to ensure accuracy. The candidate will receive both inbound and outbound calls in regards to lab tests. Candidate may call to obtain any missing information that hold up process for lab results. Review daily requisition forms, enter these directly into the system. Follow up with faxes/emails to the doctors offices or other department offices. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Job Requirements
* Position REQUIRES a BS in Life Sciences or Chemistry
* 2-3 Years customer service/ office experience ideal
* Proficient in MS office applications
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Medical Office experience is a plus
