An Internationa bank seeks an experienced Operations Project Manager.
Job Requirements
BA/BS Degree, 5-7 years of relevant Banking experience. Strong business analysis skills, able to gather requirements, analyze impacts, produce business documentations, process flows and functional specifications. 5+ year experience working in an operations line capacity in one or more products namely: equities, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives and funds processing. 5+ years experience in managing project changes within a financial services firm, preferably in private banking but will consider investment banking experienced applicants. Cross functional project experience is a plus. Execution/delivery focus is a must plus strong track record of delivery. Must possess excellent technical knowledge by being able to translate business requirements into functioanl IT specifications, plus hands on IT experience at a configuration level on settlement systems a plus. Experienced at facilitating meetings involving project stakeholders including business/front office. Must have strong Excel, Visio, Power Point and MS Project skills, plus excellent communication skills.
