Jared, the Galleria of Jewelry is a division of Sterling Jewelers Inc. - the largest retailer of fine jewelry in the U.S. Together with our parent company, U.K. based Signet Group; we are the world's largest jewelry retailer.
Jared stores are five times the size of an ordinary jewelry store in free-standing locations with five times the merchandise and an on-site custom design and repair department. All of which means five times the opportunity for challenge, growth and reward for you! Inside our SPACIOUS and OPEN repair department you will work side by side with experienced jewelers and repair shop managers. Our jewelers work YEAR ROUND on a permanent basis with full benefits for full time employees.If you are an experienced BENCH JEWELER and are skilled in the areas listed below, then we want to talk with you!
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates MUST be skilled in the following areas:
•Chain and clasp repair.
•Re-tipping prongs.
•Setting stones.
•Creating stone mounts.
•Performing channel and platinum rebuilds.
•Performing minor ring repair and other jewelry repairs.
•Must pass bench test as part of the interview process

Candidates for management positions should have 1-5 years of previous experience in a JEWELRY REPAIR, environment where supervisory skills and required leadership are essential. Must be able to work a combination of Days, Evenings and Weekends.
