UTi presents an opportunity to join our Corporate Human Resources Team as a “Benefits Analyst." Responsibilities to include Benefits Administration, supporting corporate HR, the executive team, and field locations with ADP reporting, query, and other research/maintenance type applications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare Benefit Enrollment Forms & Packets
- Maintain and Perform Quality Control Audits on Benefit Data Entry in ADP
- Perform Dependent Eligibility Audits
- Create/Maintain/Verify/Submit Benefit Eligibility Participation Files to Carriers
- Administer and Reconcile Benefit Plan Employee Premiums
- Prepare & Reconcile Benefit Plan Payments to Carriers
- Track PR changes and Administer corresponding updates to Benefit Coverage
- HR/Benefit Cost Reporting
- Medical Plan Claim Tracking & Month-end Calculations/Reporting
- Open Enrollment Administration & Online System Set-up and Maintenance
- Create and Send Benefit Confirmation Statements
- Perform Updates to FMLA & COBRA Databases
- Update Online HR Procedure Manual
Job Requirements
Strong proficiency in ADP HR/Benefits/Reporting is required – along with strong general knowledge of HR related functions (benefits, generalist type functions, etc.).
Also: ADVANCED level proficiency with MS Office applications (esp. Excel and Access) and other technical PC knowledge is needed. College degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Offers contingent upon passing mandatory background check and drug screen.

· MS Access
· Powerpoint
