Spherion's client is an innovator in the sale and distribution of rigid packaging and is looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Care Representative
- Ability to handle inbound calls , process purchase orders, resolve customer problems, assist Sales Reps, prioritize work, and multi task.
- Must be computer proficient we have a complex in-house system that must be learned very quickly
- Microsoft experience in OUTLOOK (Excel & Word not used often)
- Friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills a must!
- This job requires highly detail-oriented individuals that like working in a team environment.
The client feels that those candidates with strictly retail or restaurant focused backgrounds, brokers, and bank tellers are not ideal for this job.
